根据红景天苷的吸光度随β-环糊精(β-CD)浓度的增加而增加,但其最大吸收波长不变的性质,研究温度对包合形成常数的影响,计算得到某些热力学常数,并讨论了包合过程的驱动力.结果显示,形成常数随温度升高而增大,整个包合过程是焓、熵联合驱动的过程,其中疏水作用为主要驱动力.

Interaction between salidroside and β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) was studied with UV spectrometry based on the fact that the absorption peak position of salidroside is kept unchanged but the absorbance increased with the increase of β-CD concentration. The formation constants of the inclusion complexes are determined and effects of temperature on equilibrium constants examined, from which the thermodynamic parameters were calculated, and driving forces of formation of inclusion complex are discussed. The results imply that complexation is enthalpically and entropically favourable and driven mainly by hydrophobic interaction.
