2003~2010年,在对洞A核不育系的杂交转育中,发现了棉花光敏感核不育系后,对其进行了初步研究,通过三亚冬繁自交和荆州短日照处理,均能结铃,在荆州常日照条件下无花粉,证明该系为光敏感核不育。将该不育系与陆地棉品种杂交,其F1代均可育,且杂种优势明显。
2003~2010年,在對洞A覈不育繫的雜交轉育中,髮現瞭棉花光敏感覈不育繫後,對其進行瞭初步研究,通過三亞鼕繁自交和荊州短日照處理,均能結鈴,在荊州常日照條件下無花粉,證明該繫為光敏感覈不育。將該不育繫與陸地棉品種雜交,其F1代均可育,且雜種優勢明顯。
2003~2010년,재대동A핵불육계적잡교전육중,발현료면화광민감핵불육계후,대기진행료초보연구,통과삼아동번자교화형주단일조처리,균능결령,재형주상일조조건하무화분,증명해계위광민감핵불육。장해불육계여륙지면품충잡교,기F1대균가육,차잡충우세명현。
Cotton photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were found in the transfer of Cave A nuclear male sterile lines from 2003 to 2010. Preliminary research Confirmed that this photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were, fertile in SanYa self multiplication and local short day treatment but infertile in local long day conditions. When the photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were hybirdized with normal cotton varieties, FI generation displayed fertile and obvious heterosis.
