Cholinergic antagonists%Soman%Hypothermia
目的: 本研究使用胆碱能阻断剂探讨梭曼引起降温作用的胆碱能途径.方法: 用数字体温计测量大鼠的结肠温度,每次间隔60 min, 观察了外周性毒蕈碱阻断剂甲基东莨菪碱和中枢性毒蕈碱阻断剂东莨菪碱对梭曼引起大鼠降温效应的影响.结果: 皮下注射梭曼(60 μg*kg-1)后可引起体温快速的降低,腹腔注射东莨菪碱(1 mg*kg-1)可明显阻断梭曼的降温作用,注射甲基东莨菪碱(1 mg*kg-1)对其降温作用无明显影响.结论: 实验结果表明,梭曼引起的降温作用主要是通过中枢毒蕈碱型胆碱能通路所致.

목적: 본연구사용담감능조단제탐토사만인기강온작용적담감능도경.방법: 용수자체온계측량대서적결장온도,매차간격60 min, 관찰료외주성독심감조단제갑기동랑탕감화중추성독심감조단제동랑탕감대사만인기대서강온효응적영향.결과: 피하주사사만(60 μg*kg-1)후가인기체온쾌속적강저,복강주사동랑탕감(1 mg*kg-1)가명현조단사만적강온작용,주사갑기동랑탕감(1 mg*kg-1)대기강온작용무명현영향.결론: 실험결과표명,사만인기적강온작용주요시통과중추독심감형담감능통로소치.
AIM: This study was to utilize cholinergic antagonists to examine cholinergic pathway of soman-induced hypothermia. METHODS: Colonic temperature was measured at 60 min intervals with digital thermometer. Effect of peripheral muscarinic antagonist, methylscopolamine and central muscairnic antagonist, scopolamine on soman-induced hypothermia were observed in the rats. RESULTS: Administration of the soman (60 μg·kg-1, sc) led to a rapid reduction in body temperature. Administration of scopolamine (1 mg·kg-1, ip) markedly blocked the hypothermic effect of soman but administration of methyl scopolamine (1 mg·kg-1,ip) had no effect on the hypothermia. CONCLUSION: The data indicate that soman-induced hypothermia is mediated primarily through a central muscairnic pathway.
