支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种以嗜酸粒细胞浸润为主的慢性气道炎症性疾病,至今已成为呼吸系统最常见的慢性疾病之一.近几十年来,哮喘的患病率在许多国家都呈现出上升趋势,无论给个人还是社会都带来了沉重的负担.在人群的遗传因素基本保持不变的情况下,环境因素被认为是哮喘发病率升高的主要原因.随着社会的发展,现代人的大部分时间都是在室内度过的,因此室内环境因素在哮喘发生发展中所起的作用,近年来受到广泛关注.本文就近年来有关室内环境与哮喘间关系的研究进行综述,以期为哮喘预防和控制措施的制定提供一些参考.

Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a kind of eosinophil-based inflammatory airway disease,and has become one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases. In recent decades, the prevalence of asthma has risen in many countries, that has brought a heavy burden to both individuals and societies.While genetic factors in the population remained unchanged, environmental factors are considered main important reasons for the increased incidence of asthma. With the social development, modern man spends most time indoors. Therefore, indoor environmental factors in the role of the development of asthma have aroused wide attention from researchers in recent years. In this article, the recent studies, about the relationship between the indoor environment and asthma, were reviewed, providing some discussion of the prevention and control measures of asthma.
