目的 探讨超声联合羊水染色体检查在产前诊断中对染色体异常胎儿的筛查效果,为产前诊断提供临床经验.方法 对1398例孕妇行超声联合羊水染色体检查,其中经超声检查发现胎儿异常128例,并行羊水染色体检查,且经引产或出生后病理学检查确诊87例(试验组),另选择超声检查正常且同意行羊水染色体检查孕妇85例(对照组).结果 超声检查的常见畸形情况:脑积水13例,脊柱裂8例,心脏畸形6例,脐膨出6例,唇裂6例,脊柱裂并脑积水6例,脑膜膨出5例.试验组胎儿染色体异常率(70.1%,61/87)显著高于对照组(1.2%,1/85)(P< 0.01).结论 超声检查可作为胎儿染色体异常的辅助诊断,联合羊水染色体检查可明显提高染色体异常检出率,提高人口质量.
目的 探討超聲聯閤羊水染色體檢查在產前診斷中對染色體異常胎兒的篩查效果,為產前診斷提供臨床經驗.方法 對1398例孕婦行超聲聯閤羊水染色體檢查,其中經超聲檢查髮現胎兒異常128例,併行羊水染色體檢查,且經引產或齣生後病理學檢查確診87例(試驗組),另選擇超聲檢查正常且同意行羊水染色體檢查孕婦85例(對照組).結果 超聲檢查的常見畸形情況:腦積水13例,脊柱裂8例,心髒畸形6例,臍膨齣6例,脣裂6例,脊柱裂併腦積水6例,腦膜膨齣5例.試驗組胎兒染色體異常率(70.1%,61/87)顯著高于對照組(1.2%,1/85)(P< 0.01).結論 超聲檢查可作為胎兒染色體異常的輔助診斷,聯閤羊水染色體檢查可明顯提高染色體異常檢齣率,提高人口質量.
목적 탐토초성연합양수염색체검사재산전진단중대염색체이상태인적사사효과,위산전진단제공림상경험.방법 대1398례잉부행초성연합양수염색체검사,기중경초성검사발현태인이상128례,병행양수염색체검사,차경인산혹출생후병이학검사학진87례(시험조),령선택초성검사정상차동의행양수염색체검사잉부85례(대조조).결과 초성검사적상견기형정황:뇌적수13례,척주렬8례,심장기형6례,제팽출6례,진렬6례,척주렬병뇌적수6례,뇌막팽출5례.시험조태인염색체이상솔(70.1%,61/87)현저고우대조조(1.2%,1/85)(P< 0.01).결론 초성검사가작위태인염색체이상적보조진단,연합양수염색체검사가명현제고염색체이상검출솔,제고인구질량.
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound combined with amniotic fluid chromosome examination in prenatal diagnosis of chromosomal abnormal fetus,so as to provide prenatal diagnosis for the clinical experience.Methods One thousand three hundred and ninety-eight pregnant women were examined by ultrasound combined with amniotic fluid chromosome examination,of which 128 cases were found fetal abnormality by ultrasound,87 cases of the ultrasound abnormal fetus as experimental group,and the other 85 normal fetus were randomly selected as control group.Results The common deformity was found by ultrasound:hydrocephalus with 13 cases, bifid spine with 8 cases,heart malformation with 6 cases,acromphalus with 6 cases,harelip with 6 cases,bifid spine combined with hydrocephalus with 6 cases,meningocele with 5 cases.The rate of fetal chromosomal abnormality in experimental group (70.1%,61/87 ) was significantly higher than that in control group ( 1.2%,1/85 )(P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Ultrasound can be used as the diagnosis of fetal chromosomal abnormalitiy,and combined with amniotic fluid chromosome examination can significantly improve the detection rate of chromosomal disorder and improve population quality.
