制备了含稀土Ce的Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在不同变形温度、变形速率下进行压缩试验,研究了稀土对Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料热变形行为的影响.结果表明,稀土元素Ce对Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有明显的强化作用,而且稀土元素能抑制该复合材料的动态再结晶.
製備瞭含稀土Ce的Al_2O_3顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料,利用Gleeble-1500熱模擬試驗機,在不同變形溫度、變形速率下進行壓縮試驗,研究瞭稀土對Al_2O_3顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料熱變形行為的影響.結果錶明,稀土元素Ce對Al_2O_3顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料具有明顯的彊化作用,而且稀土元素能抑製該複閤材料的動態再結晶.

Al_2O_(3(P))/Al composites with rare earth Ce were fabricated, and compressed in different deformation temperature and rate by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator in order to study the effect of rare earth on thermal deformation of the composites. The results show that clement Ce has obvious effect on the strength of Al_2O_(3(P))/Al composites and it can restrain the dynamic recrystallization process of the composites.
