以对氯硝基苯、甲醛、漆酚为原料,合成了漆酚缩甲醛对氟苯胺聚合物.采用红外分光光度计对其结构进行表征,并测试其涂膜的疏水性能、耐腐蚀性能、抗紫外线性能、物理机械性能.结果表明:漆酚缩甲醛对氟苯胺聚合物与漆酚聚合物相比,具有良好的疏水性能.抗紫外线性能、耐碱性能等有了较大的提高,并保持了漆酚缩甲醛聚合物优良的理化性能.

Urushiol-formaldehyde-4-fluoroaniline polymer was synthesized by p-nitrochlorobenzene, formaldehyde and urushiol The products were characterized using IR, and the hydrophobicity, corrosion-resistant, ultraviolet-resistant,mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that urushiol-formaldehyde -4-fluoroaniline polymer,compared with urushiol, have excellent hydrophobicity, improve ultraviolet-resistant and alkali-resistant, and retain excellent mechanical properties of urushioHormalde-hyde.
