目的 探讨HBO辅助治疗对糖尿病患者心电图QT离散度的影响.方法 2型糖尿病患者102例,分成HBO组60例和常规组42例,2组均给予常规治疗,HBO组再行20次HBO治疗.所有患者在行HBO治疗前和HBO治疗20次后测定心率、血压、心脏射血分数、血清钾和空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白,并行心电图检查,测量QT间期,计算QTd和QTcd.结果 QTcd在HBO治疗前后分别为(59.8±17.4)ms和(52.2±15.5)ms,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 HBO辅助治疗可以降低QTd,可减少糖尿病患者发生恶性心律失常和心源性猝死的机率.

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on QT dispersion in patients with diabetes. Methods One hundred and two cases of type Ⅱ diabetes patients were divided into the HBO treatment group, i.e. HBO therapy combined with conventional therapy (60 cases) and the conventional therapy control group (42 cases). The HBO treatment group who were to undergo 20 sessions of HBO therapy in 4 weeks, were enrolled in the study. Heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac ejection fraction, serum potassium,fasting blood - glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured both before HBO therapy and after 20 sessions of HBO therapy. At the same time, ECG was made to monitor QT intervals, QTd and QTcd. Results QTc dispersion decreased significantly from(59. 8 ± 17.4) ms to (52. 2± 15.5) ms following 20 sessions of HBO therapy, when they were compared with those of the conventional therapy group (P < 0. 05).Conclusions HBO treatment could decrease QT dispersion in patients with diabetes, and reduce risks of malignant ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death.
