目的观察自体游离球结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析2009年8月至2011年8月间施行自体游离球结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉117例患者(135眼),随访6～12个月,观察复发率.结果所有117例(135眼)术后观察6～12个月,其中术后Ⅰ级93眼,占68.9％；Ⅱ级34眼,占25.2％；Ⅲ级5眼,占3.7％；Ⅳ级3眼,占2.2％.复发率为2.2％ (3/135).所有患者术后均未出现感染、角巩膜溃疡、睑球粘连、复视等并发症.结论自体游离球结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效好,复发率低、美观、安全,值得推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of pterygium treated by autologous free conjunctiva transplantation.Methods One hundred and thirty-five eyes of 117 cases of pterygium treated by autologous free conjunctiva transplantation from 2009 to 2011 were retrospectively studied.The follow-up duration was 6-12 months.The recurrence rate was observed.Results All 117 patients (135 eyes)were observed after 6-12 months,including postoperative grade Ⅰ in 93 eyes,accounting for 68.9％;grade Ⅱ in 34 eyes,accounting for 25.2％;grade Ⅲ in 5 eyes,accounting for 3.7％;grade Ⅳ in 3 eyes,accounting for 2.2％.The recurrence rate was 2.2％ (3/135). All patients had no infection,corneoscleral ulcers,symblepharon,diplopia and other complications. Conclusions Autologous free conjunctiva transplantation is effective for the treatment of pterygium.It is safe and good-looking on the ocular surface.The recurrence rate is low.
