紫叶稠李是一种抗逆性很强的优良彩叶乔木树种,可采用播种、嫁接、扦插、组织培养等多种方法繁育苗木。本试验采用250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg、1 500 mg/kg及2 000 mg/kg等不同浓度的ABT1号生根粉溶液速蘸30 s处理紫叶稠李嫩枝插穗,进行全光喷雾嫩枝扦插繁殖,结果表明:浓度为1 000 mg/kg的ABT1号生根粉溶液速蘸30 s处理紫叶稠李嫩枝插穗,生根率可达89.3%,是对照处理的223%。将温度、湿度、光照控制在适度范围内,全光喷雾嫩枝扦插方法操作简便易行,育苗成活率高,比嫁接繁殖省工省力,是紫叶稠李苗木快速繁育的最佳方法。

As a kind of fine color-leafed arbor tree species with strong resistance,Prunus virginiana Cv.can be propagated by use of sowing,crafting,cutting and tissue culture.The test adopted ABT 1 rooting powder solution at different concentrations of 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg with treating cuttings of Prunus virginiana Cv.by dipping quickly for 30 seconds and under full sun spraying.The results show that the rooting rate can reach 89.3% for treating the cuttings of Prunus virginiana Cv.by dipping quickly in ABT 1 rooting powder solution at 1 000 mg/kg for 30 seconds,which is 223% of CK.If controlling the temperature,humidity and light at the suitable range,the softwood cutting under full sun spraying can have a high survival rate of seedling with easy to operate,which is the best way to rapidly propagate Prunus virginiana Cv.
