利用烤烟小拱棚进行除虫菊漂浮育苗试验,以草炭、腐殖土、膨化珍诛岩和蛭石等为原料,采用不同配比的除虫菊漂浮育苗基质为试验因子,从出苗率、成活率、分蘖率和除虫菊的主要农艺性状、干物质积累量、黄叶数等方面进行探讨研究。结果表明,基质配方D(40%草炭+50%腐殖土+20%膨化珍珠岩+10%蛭石)培育出来的除虫菊苗,出苗率、成活率和分蘖率高,干物质积累量多,根系发达,叶片和株高适中,因此除虫菊苗的综合素质最好。
利用烤煙小拱棚進行除蟲菊漂浮育苗試驗,以草炭、腐殖土、膨化珍誅巖和蛭石等為原料,採用不同配比的除蟲菊漂浮育苗基質為試驗因子,從齣苗率、成活率、分蘗率和除蟲菊的主要農藝性狀、榦物質積纍量、黃葉數等方麵進行探討研究。結果錶明,基質配方D(40%草炭+50%腐殖土+20%膨化珍珠巖+10%蛭石)培育齣來的除蟲菊苗,齣苗率、成活率和分蘗率高,榦物質積纍量多,根繫髮達,葉片和株高適中,因此除蟲菊苗的綜閤素質最好。
이용고연소공붕진행제충국표부육묘시험,이초탄、부식토、팽화진주암화질석등위원료,채용불동배비적제충국표부육묘기질위시험인자,종출묘솔、성활솔、분얼솔화제충국적주요농예성상、간물질적루량、황협수등방면진행탐토연구。결과표명,기질배방D(40%초탄+50%부식토+20%팽화진주암+10%질석)배육출래적제충국묘,출묘솔、성활솔화분얼솔고,간물질적루량다,근계발체,협편화주고괄중,인차제충국묘적종합소질최호。
Using the peat, humus soil, fine perlite and vermiculite as substrate materials, this floating seedling experiment of Pyrethrum cineraefolium was carried out in a small arch shed of tobacco. We studied the effects of different proportions substrate formulas on the sprouting rate, survival rate, tillering rate, main agronomic traits, dry mass accumulation as well as numbers of yellow leaf of Pyrethrum cineraefolium. The results showed that the best plantlet diathesis produced among five tested mixing proportions was occurred in such substrate formula as 40% peat+30% humus soi1+20% fine perlite+10% vermiculite. The seeding of Pyrethrum cineraefolium presented such characteristics as relatively high rates of sprouting, survival and tillering, high dry mass accumulation, welldeveloped root system.as well as the medium plant height and numbers of leaf.
