目的探讨辩证施膳合五音调式干预对干扰素治疗病毒性肝炎诱发抑郁症的效果,以使患者完成干扰素终末治疗.方法将病毒性肝炎使用干扰素治疗的患者采用汉密尔顿(HAMD)17项量表评定,总分≥7分、≤24分,诊断为轻、中度抑郁症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组采用抑郁症常规护理,观察组除采用抑郁症常规护理外,还给予辩证施膳和五音调式干预,分别于干预后的第2周、4周、8周再次采用HAMD量表评定.结果观察组和对照组HAMD量表评分第2周无明显差异,第4周与第8周有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论辩证施膳合五音调式干预可减轻干扰素治疗病毒性肝炎所致抑郁症状,提高患者干扰素治疗期间的生活质量.

Objective To investigate intervention effect of diets based on syndrome differentiation plus five-notes of traditional Chinese music on depression induced by IFN treating viral hepatitis.Methods The viral hepatitis patients were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), total score ≥7,≤24,Those patients who were diagnosed mild to moderate depression were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=50) and control group (n=50).Subjects in control group received routine care only; while subjects in treatment group received routine care in combination with diets based on syndrome differentiation plus five-notes of traditional Chinese music.After two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks, the patients were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) again.Results After two weeks , the two groups showed no difference (P>0.05); after four weeks and eight weeks, the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusions The therapeutic strategy of diets based on syndrome differentiation plus five-notes traditional Chinese music can alleviate the symptoms of depression during the period of IFN treatment. This strategy also can improve the life quality of patients with viral hepatitis.
