目的:评价以案例为基础的教学法(Case-based learning, CBL)在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将在内分泌科进行一阶段轮转的住院医师随机分为2组:实验组和对照组,每组20人。实验组采用CBL教学,对照组采用传统的讲授式教学(Lecture-Based Learning, LBL)。2周后,通过问卷调查评价两组学生对课程感兴趣的程度,利用书面理论和临床实践能力测试进行学习效果的评估。结果实验组学员对学习的感兴趣程度和临床实践能力成绩优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05),但是,两组学员的书面理论测试成绩无显著差异。结论 CBL 教学法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中收到了良好的效果,值得进一步推广和实践。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Case-Based Learning (CBL) using in the standardized training of residents in the department of endocrinology. Methods The residents in standardized training rotated in the Department of Endocrinology were randomly divided into 2 groups: experimental group (n=20) and control group (n=20). CBL was used in the experimental group, while Lecture-Based Learning (LBL) was used in the control group. Two weeks later, the questionnaire survey was used to assess the interest of the residents in the course. And theory test and clinical practice ability test was used to evaluate the learning effect. Results Compared with the control group, students in the experimental showed more interest in the course and showed higher clinical practice ability score. However, there was no significant difference of theory test scores between two groups. Conclusion CBL teaching showed good effect in practice and worthy of further practice and popularization in the standardized training of residents.
