目的观察中药白英汤防治头颈部恶性肿瘤放射性口干症和口咽黏膜反应的临床疗效.方法 60例头颈部恶性肿瘤面颈联合野放疗患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例和对照组30例.对照组放疗同时每天饮矿泉水,治疗组采用放疗的同时服用中药白英汤水煎剂,观察两组的口干症状和口咽黏膜情况.结果放疗结束时和结束后4周,治疗组患者口干发生率与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).治疗组患者中重度口咽黏膜反应发生率为20%,明显低于对照组的46.7%(P<0.05).结论中药白英汤能减轻面颈联合野放疗后口干症状,降低放疗引起的口咽黏膜反应.能否提高患者放疗耐受剂量进而提高肿瘤控制率还有待进一步研究.

Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang on the postradiotherapy xerostomia and radiation-induced oral cavity mucosa injury in the patients with head and neck neoplasms. Methods Sixty patients with head and neck neoplasms who accepted radiotherapy were divided into two groups;30 cases were treated by traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang namin treatment group, and 30 cases in control group were treated by mineral water daily during the radiotherapy process and 4 weeks after radiation. Thirsty level and oral cavity circumstances every weekend. The same indexes were recorded. Results The thirsty level in the patients in treatment groups were better than it were obseved the control at the end in radiotherapy and 4 weeks after radiation. The rate of radiation - induced oral cavity injury in the treatment group was 20% which was slighter than that in the control which was 46.7% (P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Baiyingtang has effect of prevention and on treatment radiotherapy xerostomia and radiation - induced oral cavity injury. It is worth further investigation whether it can increase the endurance of radiation dose and the rate of tumor control or not.
