经济全球化的激烈竞争归根到底是人才的竞争;人的全面发展才能充分发挥创造潜力,必须从科学教育和人文教育中接受全面教育才能得到全面成长;工科院校需要转变教育观念,建立新的教育理念,优化专业知识结构和教育教学体系,实施教育教学方法的改革,创造良好的校园创新教育氛围,注重将科学教育与人文教育相融合,才有可能培养出创造型可持续发展的人才。

The competition on economic globalization is talent competition in the final analysis;all-round development of people must be comprehensively educated in both science and humanism.Only in this way can all-round talents bring their creative potential into full play.To cultivate creative talents with sustainable development,engineering colleges need to change their education concept,build new education idea,optimize their professional knowledge structure and education system,carry out the reform of education and teaching methods,create a good campus atmosphere for innovative education,and focus on the integration of science education and humanistic education.
