中国共产党执政的目的就是要发扬民主，支持人民当家作主，而实现这一目标的基础和途径亦日益明确。随着计划经济向市场经济体制的成功转轨和社会经济的发展，我国社会各领域已经发生了很大变化，公民社会逐步兴起。在此背景下，公民社会的核心问题即国家和社会的关系问题越显紧迫和重要。以公民社会理论为视角，通过对公民社会内涵和特征及其与民主政治之间关系的分析，探究培育中国公民社会的路径，对建立社会主义民主政治具有重要意义。

The purpose of the Chinese Communist Party in power is to promote democracy and the people can be the masters, and achieve this objective basis and procedures are also increasingly uncertain. Market economy as a planned economy to a successful transition and economic development, our social areas have undergone great changes, and civil society is gradually emerging. In this context, civil society is the core questions of state and social relationship problem more urgent and important. This article by civil society through the perspective of citizens＇ theory of social implications and characteristics of democracy and its relationship to explore the development of Chinese citizens, social, political path for laying the foundation.
