目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法选取2009年7月-2011年7月间于我院治疗子宫肌瘤的患者36例,随机分为对照组与观察组各18例,对照组常规药物治疗,观察组行子宫动脉栓塞术.观察记录两组患者的临床症状变化及子宫肌瘤的体积变化,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为94.45％,明显高于对照组的77.78％(P＜0.05).结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果显著,可以作为治疗子宫肌瘤的首选方法,值得推广应用.
목적 탐토자궁동맥전새술치료자궁기류적림상효과.방법 선취2009년7월-2011년7월간우아원치료자궁기류적환자36례,수궤분위대조조여관찰조각18례,대조조상규약물치료,관찰조행자궁동맥전새술.관찰기록량조환자적림상증상변화급자궁기류적체적변화,비교량조환자적치료효과.결과 관찰조환자치료적총유효솔위94.45％,명현고우대조조적77.78％(P＜0.05).결론 자궁동맥전새술치료자궁기류적림상효과현저,가이작위치료자궁기류적수선방법,치득추엄응용.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization for treating uterine fibroids.Methods 36 cases with uterine fibroids from July 2009 to July 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,18 cases for each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment while the observation group received uterine artery embolization.The clinical symptoms and uterine leiomyoma volume changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.45％,significantly higher than that of the control group (77.78％)(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids treatment has good clinical efficacy,which can be considered as the preferred method for uterine fibroids treatment,and should be widely applied in clinic.
