目的 检测勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的瘦素水平,探讨Leptin在ED患者中的表达及其意义.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法分别检测60例ED患者(患者组)及30名健康成人(对照组)清晨空腹血瘦素水平,同时记录所有人的身高、体质量并计算体质量指数( BMI),根据勃起功能国际问卷( IIEF-5)评分将患者组分为轻、中、重3组.结果 患者组和对照组瘦素水平与BMI都明显相关;在排除BMI影响的情况下,患者组瘦素值(11.33±5.32) μg/L明显高于对照组(4.41±3.56) μg/L(P<0.05);同时轻、中、重3组的瘦素值分别为(6.98±5.19) μg/L、(10.60±8.11) μg/L、(13.90±9.43) μg/L,有明显上升趋势(P<0.05).结论 测定瘦素水平对勃起功能障碍患者的诊断与疗效评估有一定参考价值.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum Leptin level in erectile dysfunction (ED) patients.Methods Leptin was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 60 patients and 30 healthy men.Their body weight and height were measured and BMI was calculated.Sixty out-patients with ED were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups by using IIEF-5 questionnaire.Results Serum leptin levels were correlated with BMI in both groups of patients and healthy men.The leptin concentration in patients ( 11.33 ± 5.32 ) μg/L was significantly higher than in healthy men (4.41 ±3.56) μg/L (P<0.05).The leptin levels were increased from the mild to the severe ED patients ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Human serum leptin level may serve as a marker for diagnosing ED and evaluating the curative effect.
