采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),以两个陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)品种唐棉2号(抗病)、鄂荆1号(感病)为试材,人工接种,研究了棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)落叶型和非落叶型菌系致害对棉苗4种内源激素的动态变化。结果表明,病菌侵染棉苗后,落叶型菌系处理比非落叶型菌系处理的棉苗子叶中含有IAA、GA4和ABA的量要高,尤其是ABA含量,从接种后的3~5d开始直至第15d,落叶型菌系处理始终高于非落叶型菌系处理,在达到最高峰时,落叶型菌系处理唐棉2号与鄂荆1号棉苗子叶的ABA含量分别是546和726ng·g-1FW,相当于非落叶型菌系处理的1.3和4.2倍;感病品种的内源激素变化较抗病品种更加敏感。结果分析初步表明,病菌侵染后引起棉株ABA含量的显著增高是导致落叶的主要因素之一。

Using Enzyme-linked immunosorbentassays (ELISA), the dynamics of plant endoge-nous hormone on two cotton cultivars Tangmi-an2 and Ejing1 infected by defoliating and non-defoliating strains of Verticillium dahliae werestudied. The results were summarized as fol-lows: pathogen infection resulted in the changesof endogenous hormone of cotton cotyledon.
Compared with the contents in cotyledon inocu-lated with nondefoliating strains, IAA, GA4 andABA contents in cotyledon inoculated with defo-liating strains were higher, especially the ABAcontent kept higher level from 3~5 days to 15days after inoculation. When the peak ap-pearred, the ABA contents of Tangmian2 andEjingl were 546 and 726ng · g 1Fw, respective-ly, which were 1. 3 and 4. 2 times more thanthose of two cultivars inoculated with nondefoli-ating strains. Susceptible variety was more sus-ceptible than resistant variety on the changes ofplant endogenous hormone. Based on the re-suits, it could be concluded that the rapid accu-mulation of ABA was one of main factors of de-foliation.
