研究了白藜芦醇在体外和体内实验中抗血管生成的活性.研究发现,白藜芦醇在体外实验中能明显抑制ECV304细胞的增殖(作用48 h的IC50是59.4 μg mL-1,作用72 h的IC50为32.0 μg mL-1)和迁移(IC50为1.6 μg mL-1).在其作用下,ECV304细胞在胶原凝胶上形成管腔样结构的数目明显减少(IC50为39.1 μg mL-1).白藜芦醇在发挥抑制作用的有效浓度范围内无明显的细胞毒性.在体内实验中,白藜芦醇能明显抑制鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜新血管的形成. 图1 表3 参10

In this paper the inhibitory activity of resveratrol against the angiogenesis in vitro and in vivo was investigated. In the in vitro anti-angiogenesis assay, resveratrol could significantly inhibit the proliferation (IC50 was 59.4 μg mL-1 for 48 h and 32.0 μg mL-1 for 72 h) and migration (IC50 was 1.6 μg mL-1) of ECV304 cells. The difference in the number of tubular structures formed in the collagen gel with or without resveratrol indicated that resveratrol could inhibit the tube formation of ECV304 cells in a concentration-dependent manner (IC50 was 39.1 μg mL-1). When these happened, resveratrol showed no obvious cytotoxicity at its effective concentration. In the CAM assay in vivo, resveratrol could efficiently reduce the neovascularization of the chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). Fig 1, Tab 3, Ref 10
