This paper illustrates the operating principle and measurement of Ultra-high density resistivity method and the use of Ultra-high density resistivity method in prospecting the fracture zone. The results from our study indicate that the superiority of the Ultra-high density resistivity method in data collection, data processing, data resolution, etc. compared with common resistivity methods. And it is proved that this system is low-cost, high-efficiency and simple operation. At last the practicability and feasibility is clarified by practical work.
