以自制的异丙醇铝与异丙醇、二乙二醇单丁醚按一定比例混合,经自行设计的燃烧器,以8kg/h的速度与液化气、空气、氧气共同喷入燃烧炉进行燃烧,得到粒径为60nm以下、比表面积为57m~2/g、平均孔径为11nm、含多种晶相结构的氧化铝粉体。

The alumina nano-powders were prepared by combustion method.Aluminum isopropoxide mixed with isopropanol and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DGBE) in certain proportion were injected into furnace by the self-designed burner with O_2,liquid gas and air at rates of 8kg/h.It gave nano-alumina,whose particle size was blew to 60 nm,specific surface area was about 57m~2/g and average pore diameter was llnm.The alumina nano-powders consisted several crystal phase structure.
