通过采用水力旋流器,大锥角水介质旋流器与旋流重选柱对屯兰选煤厂选煤用磁铁矿粉进行分选对比试验,试验结果表明:随着单锥结构水介质旋流器底锥锥角增大,底流粗粒产品全铁品位提高,SiO2含量降低。对于粗粒级磁铁矿粉,复锥结构的旋流重选柱提铁降硅效果优于单锥120°锥角结构水介质旋流器。
通過採用水力鏇流器,大錐角水介質鏇流器與鏇流重選柱對屯蘭選煤廠選煤用磁鐵礦粉進行分選對比試驗,試驗結果錶明:隨著單錐結構水介質鏇流器底錐錐角增大,底流粗粒產品全鐵品位提高,SiO2含量降低。對于粗粒級磁鐵礦粉,複錐結構的鏇流重選柱提鐵降硅效果優于單錐120°錐角結構水介質鏇流器。

The contrast tests on magnetite powder for coal preparation of Tunlan coal preparation plant by adopting the cyclone and the cyclone gravity column with different cone angle are carried out.The test results show that with the cone angle of the water cyclone bottom in single-cone structure increasing,total iron grade of the coarse underflow products is increased,and its SiO2 content is decreased.For the coarse magnetite powder,the effect of iron increase and silicon reduction by the cyclone gravity column in complex structure is better than that by water medium cyclone at single cone angle of 120°.
