研究了不同浓度生长激素、不同浸泡时间以及不同扦插基质对红瑞木(Cornus alba L)枝条扦插生根的影响.研究结果表明:在红瑞木枝条扦插时,用200mg/LIBA溶液浸泡10min插入到基质为河沙的苗床中,可明显的缩短红瑞木插条生根时间,显著提高红瑞木插条生根率.

This paper studied the effect of different concentrations of growth hormone、soaking time and substrates on the cuttage branches of Cornus(Cornus alba L)rooting.The results showing : when the branches of Cornus alba(Cornus alba L) were cutted in the test,the cottage Comuses soaked by 200mg / LIBA immerse 10 minutes and inserted into the matrix as a sand,can significantly shorten the branches of Cornus alba’s rooting time,and improve the rooting rate of the branches of Cornus albal.
