尘螨是最常见的室内变应原来源之一,约80％以上尘螨过敏性疾病患者血清螨特异性IgE可与尘螨变应原第2组分结合.粉尘螨变应原第2组分Der f 2为螨体的组织成分,被认为是诱导哮喘与变态反应性疾病的最重要变应原之一.近年来,变态反应性疾病的发病率呈现逐年增高的趋势,而重组变应原在过敏性疾病诊断和治疗中具有独特的优势和前景,故正日益成为此领域中研究的热点之一.该文就Der f2的生物学特征、重组变应原的制备、免疫学效果及其在特异性免疫诊治中的应用前景予以综述.

House dust mite is one of the most common and important indoor allergens.It is found that group 2 allergen from house dust mite was interacted with serum specific IgE from more than 80％ patients with allergic diseases.Der f2 is related to the mite's body tissue elements.It is the most important allergens to induce asthma and allergic diseases.In recent years,the incidence of allergic diseases increased quickly.Because of the unique advantages and prospects of the recombinant allergen in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases,more and more researches have been done in this field.This article reviewed the recombinant allergen of Der f2 in vaccine research and specific immunotherapy (SIT) perspectively.
