目的 观察不同浓度医用臭氧对实验大鼠膝关节软骨组织的病理变化影响,以评估对正常软骨、滑膜组织的氧化应激程度.方法 32只实验大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D4组,每组各10只随机选择一侧膝关节腔内注射医用臭氧气体.A组为浓度10 mg/L,B组为30 mg/L,C组浓度为50 mg/L,D组浓度为80 mg/L,4组分别注射1ml气体.注射医用臭氧后2d、2周、4周后分别对膝关节软骨、滑膜取活组织行病理学光镜检查,对侧膝关节软骨取活组织作空白对照组.结果 与空白对照组比较,病理光镜下显示,关节内注射10 mg/L医用臭氧2d、2周、4周后软骨、滑膜组织未见明显异常.50 mg/L浓度的医用臭氧对软骨、滑膜的氧化作用比30mg/L的稍强,80 mg/L浓度的医用臭氧氧化作用要强许多,软骨在注射80 mg/L浓度的医用臭氧后2周后出现不同程度的病理改变,并且4周后软骨出现组织结构破坏.结论 当医用臭氧浓度达到50 mg/L以上时,开始对软骨、滑膜细胞产生损伤,80 mg/L浓度的医用臭氧出现组织结构破坏.提示在临床应用中30 mg/L的医用臭氧浓度是安全的.

목적 관찰불동농도의용취양대실험대서슬관절연골조직적병리변화영향,이평고대정상연골、활막조직적양화응격정도.방법 32지실험대서수궤분위A、B、C、D4조,매조각10지수궤선택일측슬관절강내주사의용취양기체.A조위농도10 mg/L,B조위30 mg/L,C조농도위50 mg/L,D조농도위80 mg/L,4조분별주사1ml기체.주사의용취양후2d、2주、4주후분별대슬관절연골、활막취활조직행병이학광경검사,대측슬관절연골취활조직작공백대조조.결과 여공백대조조비교,병리광경하현시,관절내주사10 mg/L의용취양2d、2주、4주후연골、활막조직미견명현이상.50 mg/L농도적의용취양대연골、활막적양화작용비30mg/L적초강,80 mg/L농도적의용취양양화작용요강허다,연골재주사80 mg/L농도적의용취양후2주후출현불동정도적병리개변,병차4주후연골출현조직결구파배.결론 당의용취양농도체도50 mg/L이상시,개시대연골、활막세포산생손상,80 mg/L농도적의용취양출현조직결구파배.제시재림상응용중30 mg/L적의용취양농도시안전적.
Objective To evaluate the pathological change of articular cartilage of knee joint in normal rat by different concentrations of ozone injection,oxidative stress degree of cartilage and synovial embrane were evaluated.Methods Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into A,B,C,D group.The O2-O3 mixed gas 1ml were injected into intraarticular with the concentration of 10 mg/L in group A,30 mg/L in group B,50 mg/L in group C,80 mg/L in group D.Biological examination was performed after 2 days,2 weeks and 4 weeks with the light microscope,se lecting the same locations of the other leg was used as control.Results Compared to the control,light microscope showed myocyte 10 mg/L in group A,cartilage and synovial membrane had not display obviously abnormality after 2 days,2 weeks and 4 weeks.Oxygenation cartilage and synovial 50 mg/L O2-O3 mixed was a little than 30 mg/L O2-O3 mixed gas.It is oxygenation 80 mg/L O2-O3 mixed gas more than it.Cartilage emerged different degree cytolysis.Moreover cartilage occurrence tissue and disorganization.Conclusions Since ozone concentration above 50 mg/L,which bring about damage to cartilage,synovial cell.80 mg/L concentration of ozone show up dlisorganization.However it is safe 30 mg/L concentration of ozone.
