从智能化抽油系统的工作原理、系统设计、室内实验和油田现场试验等方面进行了研究.室内实验分析了粘度、孔径比、冲次和上下冲程速比对抽油系统泵效的影响.结果表明,在调节抽油机冲次的同时调节抽油机上下冲程速比比仅调节冲次对抽油系统泵效影响更为明显,并指出上下冲程速比不能调得太高,以Vr≤2为宜.经克拉玛依油田5口油井现场试验表明,在采油生产中应用智能化抽油系统,单井平均增产达33.86%,单井平均节能达19.27%.冲次和上下冲程速比无级调节,抽空控制简单易行,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率,最终提高了抽油系统的系统效率.

The intelligent pumping system introduced in the paper is a beam pumping unit modified by using a variable-frequency speed-regulation, programmable logic control, one-chip microcomputer and power electron etc. advanced techniques. The pump speed and upward pump speed to downward pump speed ratio of the system are all stepless adjustable. The authors introduce the control theory, system constitution, laboratory simulation test and field test of the pumping system. The influences of fluid viscosity,d/D,pump speed, ratio of upward pump speed to downward pump speed(Rud) on the efficiency of pump were investigated by means of laboratory simulation test. The test result shows that the efficiency obtained by adjusting pump speed and adjusting Rud at the same time is higher than that by only adjusting pump speed. It also shows that reasonable Rud is equal to or less than 2. The field test results on 5 oil wells in Kelamayi Oilfield show that the average simulation rate of single well is 33.8%,and the average power-saving rate is 19.27% by using the intelligent pumping system.
