油气井固井施工完成之后,环空水泥石在如憋压、射孔、压裂、酸化、修井以及水泥石收缩和地层蠕动等作用下将受到一定程度的破坏,产生裂缝或微环隙,造成油气井封固失效,影响油气资源的开采。试验将一种新型水泥外加剂--自愈合剂RZ引入油气井水泥,以探究其自修复能力。研究表明:被破坏后的自修复水泥石试样在养护8周后,渗透率降至0.2 mD以下。试验还结合相关微观分析手段对自修复水泥石进行了微观分析,提出了自修复水泥的修复机理,包括二次水化、结晶沉淀、渗透结晶、膨胀封堵等理论。

After oil and gas well cementation, the annular cement will be damaged at a certain extent by impacts of pressure,perforation, fracturing,acidizing, workover, cement stone shrinkage and stratum peristaltic, which will results in crack or microannulus that cause oil and gas well cementation failure and affect gas and oil exploitation. In this experiment, a new type of cement admixture--RZ self-healing agent was introduced into oil well cement,to study its self-healing capability. The research shows that after 8 weeks of curing, permeability of the broken self-healing cement samples decreased to under 0.2mD. Combined with micro analysis method, the self-healing cement was analysed, and some self-healing theories like two hydration, crystallization, permeable crystallization, expansion plugging theory were proposed.
