无刷直流电机(BLDCM)控制系统具有时变、非线性、强耦合等特征,如何高效可靠地实现无刷直流电机的驱动控制是文章要解决的问题;文中以数字信号处理器(DSP)为硬件平台,以μC/OS-Ⅱ实时嵌入式操作系统为软件平台来设计无刷直流电机驱动控制系统,系统利用DSP周边外设丰富及运算速度快的优点简化了硬件系统,μC/OS-Ⅱ硬件实时性以及低成本、易控制、规模小、性能高,可大限度地缩短软件开发周期,降低开发成本.

The control system of BLDCM have the characteristics of time-variation, nonlinearity and close coupling. How to achieve the goal efficient and reliable is a problem will be resolved in the paper. This paper presents a new brushless DCmotor drive control system whichadopts the DSP as hardware platform and μC/OS- Ⅱ real -time embedded operating system as software platform. This system fully utilizes the wealthy peripherals and high-speed calculation to minimize the hardware. The time for software design will also be shorter with μC/OS- Ⅱ running in the system.
