针对某三级电液伺服阀功率级滑阀,在0~3mm的阀开口量范围内,建立不同阀开口量对应的二维几何模型并进行网格划分,通过Fluent软件仿真得到理想滑阀流量特性曲线,发现该滑阀阀口存在流态切换现象.仿真分析了改变阀杆直径、在阀芯壁面挖槽和阀芯根部倒圆角对流态切换现象的影响,为功率级滑阀的设计提供参考.
針對某三級電液伺服閥功率級滑閥,在0~3mm的閥開口量範圍內,建立不同閥開口量對應的二維幾何模型併進行網格劃分,通過Fluent軟件倣真得到理想滑閥流量特性麯線,髮現該滑閥閥口存在流態切換現象.倣真分析瞭改變閥桿直徑、在閥芯壁麵挖槽和閥芯根部倒圓角對流態切換現象的影響,為功率級滑閥的設計提供參攷.

The two dimensional geometry models and grids of slide valve of three-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve were built separately when its valve port size was 0~3mm.Through the numerical simulation,the discharge characteristic of ideal slide valve was got and flow states switching phenomenon was found to be existed.The effects of changing valve stem diameter,slotting at spool wall and rounding at spool root to flow states switching phenomenon were obtained.The results of analysis could offer a gist for the designing spool valves of power stage.
