结合陕西省城镇供水工程的实际施工条件,提出了组合式滚动托架管道安装技术,并自行研制了安装设备.该技术是利用托架均衡托起管道,再利用千斤顶和小型坦克完成空间位移,实现了管道安装在立体空间的完全精确对中,使管道安装工作变得简单.工程实践表明,该技术在降低安全风险、节约安装成本、提高安装效率和节能降耗等方面有着非常明显的优势,并填补了管道安装领域的这一技术空白,具有较高的推广、实用价值和经济效益.

Combined with the actual construction conditions of municipal water supply projects in Shaanxi Province, a pipeline installation technology with combined roller support was put forward, and the installation equipment was developed. This technology uses the combined roller support for balanced supporting pipeline, jack and small tank for spatial displacement as to achieve the accurate centering of pipes in solid space and make pipeline installation simple. The project practice shows that the technology has significant advantages in reduction of safety risk, saving of installation cost, improving of installation efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction. It fills the technical gap in pipeline installation and has high popularization and use values and considerable economic benefit.
