This paper presents a kind of high frequency IGBT module,which is especially developed for inverter welder application.Some key technologies including IGBT chip and low stray inductance packaging are introduced.Furthermore,as the typical application of this kind of module,one ZVZCS inverter topology for welders is shown.At last,the experiment re-suits indicate that the good performance is achieved.
