通过共沉淀方法制备了Er~(3+)和Yb~(3+)共掺的ZrO_2-TiO_2上转换发光材料.用X射线衍射(XRD)对合成的物相结构进行了检测,并对样品在980 nm激光激发下的上转换发光性质进行了研究.观察到了位于528、550和662 nm附近的绿色和红色发光,分别对应于Er~(3+)离子的~2H_(11/2),~4S_(2/3)→~4I_(15/2) and ~4F_(9/2)→~4I_(15/2)跃迁.样品的红光和绿光强度随着ZrO_2和TiO_2配比的变化而变化.随着烧结温度的升高,样品整体发光强度增加.讨论了上转换发光可能的机理:激发态吸收(ESA)和能量传递上转换(ET)过程.

Er~(3+)-Yb~(3+) co-doped titania-zirconia composites were synthesized by a co-precipitation method.Their structures and up-conversion luminescent properties were investigated by using X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectra under 980 nm laser excitation.The strong green and.red up-conversion emissions,attributed ~2H_(11/2),~4S_(2/3)→~4I_(15/2) and ~4F_(9/2)→~4I_(15/2) transitions of Er~(3+) ion respectively,were observed.The ratio of green to red emission changed with the variation of host composition.The possible mechanism of up-converting emission,excited-state absorption(ESA)and energy transfer up-converting (ET)process were discussed.
