目的 研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和P53蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织和癌旁组织中表达情况,探讨其在NSCLC的发生、发展中的作用.方法 应用免疫组化SP方法,检测NSCLC组织(40例)和癌旁组织(40例)中COX-2及P53蛋白表达情况.结果 COX-2及P53蛋白在NSCIE组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织.COX-2在NSCLC组织中的表达与组织类型、分化程度、肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关;在腺癌中的表达明显高于鳞癌,且随着肿瘤分化程度越低、肿瘤体积增大、分期越高及淋巴结转移增多,COX-2表达阳性率越高.P53蛋白在NSCLC组织中的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关,随着肿瘤淋巴结转移增多,P53蛋白表达阳性率越高.P53的表达与COX-2正相关,P<0.01.结论 COX-2及P53蛋白在NSCLC组织中呈高表达,它们在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,有助于判断NSCLC的发展、淋巴结转移及其预后.

Objective By detecting the expression of COX-2 and P53 proteins in the tissue of non-small cell lung caneer(NSCLC)and paracaneerous tissues,We studied the effects of COX-2 and P53 proteins and the correlation between COX-2 and P53 proteins.Methods The expression of COX-2 and P53 proteins was detected in NSCLC and paracancer tissues of NSCLC by immunohistochemical method(SP).Results The rate of positive expression of COX-2 and P53 proteins was higher in the tissue of NSCLC than those in paracancerous tissue of NSCLC.The level of expression of COX-2 protein in NSCLC was relative to the pathological types,histoiogic classes,the size of tumor,clinical stages and metastatic lymphonode.The worse histologic classes,the later clinical stage,the bigger tumor and the more metastatic lymphonode,the higher rate was the positive expression of COX-2 protein.The rate of expression of COX-2 protein in adenocarcinoma was higher than in squamous cancer.The degree of expression of P53 protein in NSCLC was relative to the metastatic lymphonode.The level of expression of COX-2 and P53 was closely related to each other.Conclusions COX-2 and P53 proteins could play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of NSCLC.Detection the level of COX-2 and P53 proteins expression might be useful to judge the stage of disease and lymphonede metastasis of NSCLC,and to predict the prognosis of patiems with NSCLC.
