在口腔医学专业学生进入临床实习前或实习初期进行统一的综合培训,内容包括医患沟通技巧、法制教育、门诊设施及科室环境的介绍、临床接诊患者的基本流程等。结果显示,综合培训对提高学生口腔医学理论知识的系统化、医患沟通能力及作为医师的行为规范等均有帮助,可以有效促进临床实习教学的顺利进行。
在口腔醫學專業學生進入臨床實習前或實習初期進行統一的綜閤培訓,內容包括醫患溝通技巧、法製教育、門診設施及科室環境的介紹、臨床接診患者的基本流程等。結果顯示,綜閤培訓對提高學生口腔醫學理論知識的繫統化、醫患溝通能力及作為醫師的行為規範等均有幫助,可以有效促進臨床實習教學的順利進行。
재구강의학전업학생진입림상실습전혹실습초기진행통일적종합배훈,내용포괄의환구통기교、법제교육、문진설시급과실배경적개소、림상접진환자적기본류정등。결과현시,종합배훈대제고학생구강의학이론지식적계통화、의환구통능력급작위의사적행위규범등균유방조,가이유효촉진림상실습교학적순리진행。
Integrated training, including enhancing of doctor-patient communication skills, legal education, introducing the surrounding and the equipments of the clinics, the basic process of clinical practice, was carried out to the interns before or at the beginning of stomatological internship.The results showed that integrated training was beneficial to the interns, especially in systematization of stomatological knowledge, doctor-patient communication skills and being a fine dentist.All these would make clinical teaching much easier.
