目的了解住院精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者生存质量及伴发焦虑、抑郁情绪的现状,探讨其相关的影响因素.方法应用糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),对206例精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者进行调查.结果精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者伴发焦虑、抑郁的比例分别为11.2%和30.1%;生存质量与病程、并发症、合并症等因素相关(P<0.01);病程10年以上、并发症4个以上、伴发焦虑、抑郁的患者生存质量差异统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁与年龄、并发症、病程等因素呈正相关(P<0.01),与文化、经济收入呈负相关(P<0.01).结论有糖尿病并发症、伴焦虑、抑郁是影响精神分裂症患者生存质量的主要因素,预防和控制糖尿病并发症,改善不良情绪是提高精神病患者生存质量的关键因素.
목적 료해주원정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자생존질량급반발초필、억욱정서적현상,탐토기상관적영향인소.방법 응용당뇨병환자생존질량특이성량표(DSQL)、초필자평량표(SAS)、억욱자평량표(SDS),대206례정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자진행조사.결과 정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자반발초필、억욱적비례분별위11.2%화30.1%;생존질량여병정、병발증、합병증등인소상관(P<0.01);병정10년이상、병발증4개이상、반발초필、억욱적환자생존질량차이통계학의의(P<0.05);초필、억욱여년령、병발증、병정등인소정정상관(P<0.01),여문화、경제수입정부상관(P<0.01).결론 유당뇨병병발증、반초필、억욱시영향정신분렬증환자생존질량적주요인소,예방화공제당뇨병병발증,개선불량정서시제고정신병환자생존질량적관건인소.
Objective To understand the anxiety,depression and quality of life of hospitalized schizophrenic patients with diabetes,and to explore its associated factors.Methods A total of 206 hospitalized schizophrenic patients with diabetes were assessed with diabetes-specific quality of life scale(DSQL),self rating anxiety scale (SAS),and self-rating depression scale (SDS).Results The degree of anxiety and depression were 11.2% and 30.1%;the influence factors of the quality of life are disease duration,complications and co-mobidities.Duration of more than 10 years,four or more complications were associated with anxiety and depression in patients with a significant difference in the quality of life(P<.05);Age,complication,duration and other factors were the positive-related factors of anxiety and depression(r = 0.20 ～0.55,P<.01);And the cultural,economic and income were the negatively related factors of anxiety and depression(r = - 0.12 ～ - 0.26,P<.01).Conclusions Complications of diabetes accompanied by anxiety,depression are the main factors influencing patient' s quality of life.Preventing and controlling the complications of diabetes and improving the mood are the key factors for improving the quality of life of mental patients.
