核医学是医学影像学的重要组成部分，但是其学习方法与其他影像学有很大的不同。通过让住院医师直接参与日常工作中的接诊、图像采集、书写报告和集体阅片的全过程，提高其对核医学知识的掌握和实际工作能力；通过充分利用医学影像存档与通信系统(PACS)，使其认识到核医学的价值和各种影像学的特点；通过小讲课，培养其主动学习的习惯；通过规范化的考核制度，保证住院医师的培训效果。

Nuclear medicine is an important part of medical imaging, however its learning method is quite different from the others.Therefore, it' s of great importance to teach the residents how to learn and how to work.For this purpoe, we make them involved in the daily work of reception, image acquisition,writing reports and the whole process of collective film-reading to improve their professional knowledge and working ability.We take full advantage of PACS systems to make them realized the value of nuclear medicine and the characteristics of other imaging methods.We encourage them giving a lecture of whatever they learn in this field, and in this process we cultivate their active learning habits.Finally we establish standardized evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness.
