目的了解家蝇抗药性情况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据.方法点滴法.结果 2003年天津市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、DDVP、残杀威、DDT和辛硫磷的LD50分别为0.012 6~0.080 2,0.028 1~0.128 5,0.006 2~0.180 6,0.285 8~0.843 9,0.017 9~0.584 8,0.013 3~0.327 1 μg/只,对3种杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性.结论应采取以环境治理为主的综合防治,轮换和交替使用杀虫剂.
