三相晶闸管调压软启动器存在启动转矩小、重载启动难,为了克服这一缺点,研究了一种基于离散频率控制的感应电机高转矩软启动方法.将交一交变频原理引入到感应电机软启动控制中,提出了一种能产生最大转矩的最优触发角生成方法,仿真和实验结果证明了离散变频软启动器的启动转矩高于传统软启动器,验证了离散变频软启动理论的正确性和有效性.

The soft starter which use the thyristors for three phase AC adjustive voltage has a drop in elec-tro-magnetic torques, which may cause a motor with heavy load not to start. To solve the problem, the soft starter based on discrete frequency for induction motor was researched. A discrete AC/AC variable frequency theory was introduced to the soft starter for induction motor, and the optimal trigged angel which can make the torque be the biggest and positive was produced. The simulation and experiment show the soft starter based on discrete frequency can bring the bigger torque than the traditional soft starter. The results identify that the discrete frequency theory is correct and valid.
