采用基团保护法,用甘油与丙酮反应制得异丙叉甘油,再与山嵛酸反应得山嵛酸异亚丙酮基甘油酯,进一步将其水解合成了单山嵛酸甘油酯.探讨了催化剂、携水剂和反应条件对产物含量及收率的影响.以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以石油醚-Ⅱ为携水剂时,在n(甘油):n(丙酮):n(山嵛酸)=1.00:2.00:0.75条件下可以制得含量为92.32%、收率为90.58%的单山嵛酸甘油酯.并利用红外光谱和核磁共振技术对产物的结构进行了表征.

Glycerin monobehenate was synthesized by reacting be-henic acid with isopropylidene glycerin that was prepared by con-densation of acetone with glycerin using the group protection method. The effect of catalyst, dehydrating agent and reaction conditions on the content and yield of glycerin monobehenate was studied. The results showed that when p-toluene sulfonic acid was used as the catalyst,and petroleum ether-Ⅱ was used as the de-hydrating agent at a molar ratio of glycerol: acetone : behenic acid=1.00:2.00:0.75,the product yield was 90.58% with the glycerin monobehenate content reaching 92.32%. The structure of the product was confirmed by melting point measurements, IR and HNMR spectrometry.
