以北五味子的茎为外植体,采用3种不同的MS培养基对其进行诱导,探讨不同浓度NAA、2.4-D对北五味子茎的诱导成活率的影响.结果表明,MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L+6-BA 2ms/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂9g/L培养基对北五味子茎的诱导成活率最高,为最佳诱导分化培养基.

Using four kinds of MS culture medium, the effects of different combinations of NAA and the 2,4-D as A (0.1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L), B (0.3 mg/L,0.3 mg/L), C (0.5 mg/L,0.1 mg/L) and CK(0 mg/L) on induction and differentiation of stem in Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils were studied. The findings indicated that the culture medium A (0.1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L) was the best for stem induction survival rate of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils.
