容错处理技术是提高网络化制造资源配置系统的可靠性和资源服务可用性的重要途径,介绍制造资源配置中常见的失效形式,分析了容错处理的三个关键技术:失效检测,日志管理和失效恢复.具体设计了三层拓扑结构的失效检测器,提出了满足容错需求的日志管理框架;最后根据失效的不同形式,运用重试配置、替代失效资源服务和重新配置资源三种失效恢复方法进行资源配置的在线容错.

Fault-tolerant processing technology is important to improve the reliability of networked manufacturing resources configuration system and the availability of resources, this paper introduces the common fault modes in manufacturing resources configuration system, the three key technologies in fault-tolerant processing are analyzed, such as failure detection, log management and failure recovery. The failure detectors with three-tier topology is designed, and log management framework met fault-tolerant requirements is proposed. Finally, according to the different forms of failur, retrying the existing configuration, replacing the service of failure resource and resources re-configuration are conducted for on-line fault-tolerant proecsing of the resources configuration.
