本研究利用SL培养基从蚯蚓粪中分离到54株具有产酸性能的菌株,并以E.coli O157:H7(EDL933株)作为指示菌株,采用点种法检测分离菌株的抑菌活性。结果表明其中6个菌株对指示菌具有拮抗作用,通过形态特征,结合16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该6个菌株分别为食物魏斯特菌(Listeria welshimeri)、乳酸片球菌(Pediococcus acidilactici)、短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)和格氏乳球菌(Lactococcus garvieae)。分离到的乳酸菌对E.coli O157:H7(EDL933株)具有显著的抑制作用,发酵温度和初始pH值影响发酵液的抑菌作用,优化环境因子可以促进拮抗菌对E.coli O157:H7的抑制作用。本研究为进一步分离抗菌产物用于人畜共患病的预防和治疗提供了理论依据。

본연구이용SL배양기종구인분중분리도54주구유산산성능적균주,병이E.coli O157:H7(EDL933주)작위지시균주,채용점충법검측분리균주적억균활성。결과표명기중6개균주대지시균구유길항작용,통과형태특정,결합16S rDNA서렬분석,초보감정해6개균주분별위식물위사특균(Listeria welshimeri)、유산편구균(Pediococcus acidilactici)、단유간균(Lactobacillus brevis)화격씨유구균(Lactococcus garvieae)。분리도적유산균대E.coli O157:H7(EDL933주)구유현저적억제작용,발효온도화초시pH치영향발효액적억균작용,우화배경인자가이촉진길항균대E.coli O157:H7적억제작용。본연구위진일보분리항균산물용우인축공환병적예방화치료제공료이론의거。
54 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated form vermin-compost of Eisenia fetida by SL medium, and the antimicrobial activities of fermentation broth on E. coli were assayed by means of Oxford Cup method with E. coli O157:H7 (EDL933) as the indicator strain. The results showed that six strains had antagonistic effect and four species were identified based on their biochemical characteristics arid 16S rDNA sequence: Listeria welshimeri, Pediococcus acidilactici, Lactobacillus brevis and Lactococcus garvieae. And the Lactobacillus had sig- nificant antagonistic effect. The antimicrobial activities were influenced by many factors such as strains, fermenta- tion ~ temperature and pH value et al. to select suitable condition of fermentation is important. This study provided a theory basis for further separate antibacterial product used for the prevention and treatment ofzoonoses.
