重庆市发展面临重大历史性机遇，城市规模必然得到空前发展，主城郊区征地问题则是影响农村向城市转变关键，征地问题的实施顺利与否，将直接影响重庆市十二五规划的实现。本文以重庆市主城郊区征地问题中突出的问题进行研究分析，结合当前形势和新拆迁法的理念，提出相应的对策建议。
重慶市髮展麵臨重大歷史性機遇，城市規模必然得到空前髮展，主城郊區徵地問題則是影響農村嚮城市轉變關鍵，徵地問題的實施順利與否，將直接影響重慶市十二五規劃的實現。本文以重慶市主城郊區徵地問題中突齣的問題進行研究分析，結閤噹前形勢和新拆遷法的理唸，提齣相應的對策建議。
중경시발전면림중대역사성궤우，성시규모필연득도공전발전，주성교구정지문제칙시영향농촌향성시전변관건，정지문제적실시순리여부，장직접영향중경시십이오규화적실현。본문이중경시주성교구정지문제중돌출적문제진행연구분석，결합당전형세화신탁천법적이념，제출상응적대책건의。
Chongqing is facing the great historic opportunities and its size is being enlarged rapidly. The problems in land requisition in the suburb are key factors which influence the urbanization of countryside. Therefore, the solution of the problems will be important to the realization of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Chongqing. On the basis of analyzing the main problems inland requisition in Chongqing suburb and combining the present situation and the idea of the New Resettlement Law, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies.
