In light of serious teaching building damage with multi-layer frame structure in Wenchuan earthquake, combining with relevant factors influencing the structure seismic capacity, it explores specific means to improve anti-seismic capacity of teaching building with multi-layer frame structure, and proposes some measures such as enhancing bottom constraint of the frame structure along main axis direction, and reducing bottom calculation height of frame structure etc, with a view to guide practice.
