社区获得性肺炎是全球感染性疾病中的常见病和严重病.短程化疗指目前指南的标准化疗时间的化疗疗程.国内外学者比较三种不同投药方式的短程治疗与标准治疗及其经济一效益分析,短程化疗在不影响疗效的情况下可减少用药时间、减少医疗开支并增加患者依从性.影响短程化疗的相关因素主要包括:合理化疗药物的选择、合适病例的选择、社区获得性肺炎症状好转的标准、早期治疗及关键治疗流程等.

Community-acquired pneumonia is a globally common and severe type infectious disease.Short-course chemotherapy means standard chemical therapy according to guidelines. Researchers worldwidecompared short-course therapy to traditional therapy in three different ways of drugs' delivery and costbenefit analysis. Short-course therapy can shorten the duration of antimicrobial drug usage, reduce thetreatment costs and increase the compliance of patients without any impact on curative effects. Proper choiceof antibiotic drugs and clinical cases,recovery standard of community-acquired pneumonia,early therapy andcritical management were mainly included in related factors of short-course therapy.
