目的 探讨超声生物显微镜( UBM)在挫伤性晶状体半脱位的诊断及治疗中的作用.方法 回顾总结我院近3年来外伤所致的晶状体半脱位35例(35眼)的临床资料,应用UBM及裂隙灯显微镜检查方法对晶状体半脱位进行早期诊断,根据脱位的范围及并发症的情况,从而决定手术中采用晶状体超声乳化吸出联合IOL植入术、乳化吸IOL出植入术联合张力环植入术小梁切除术及前段玻璃体切除等手术方式.结果 应用UBM能对早期的晶状体半脱位进行诊断,根据脱位程度及并发症的情况采取不同的手术方式,术后视力均有不同程度提高.结论 UBM有助于晶状体半脱位的早期诊断,有助于选择手术时机和手术方法.

Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) on diagnosis and treatment of traumatic lens subluxation.Methods 35 patients (35 eyes) suffered with lens subluxation were studied in the past 3 years.All the patients underwent UBM examination.The degree and extent of lens luxation was measured to determine the operation procedure.The operation methods included phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation ( Phaco + IOL),phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with tension ring implantation ( Phaco + IOL + TR),trabeculectomy and anterior vitrectomy,which was choosed depending on the traumatic starus.Results UBM examination is valuable for the early diagnosis of lens subluxation.According to lens subluxation and complications,we apply different surgical methods,postoperative visual acuity were improved.Conclusion UBM can help early diagnosis of subluxation of lens; UBM is a powerful means on surgical method and the timing of operation in lens subluxation.
