采用反相高效液相色谱法,在C18柱上,以甲醇和缓冲盐水溶液为流动相,分离DSD酸及4,4'-二氨基连苄-2,2'-二磺酸(苄基物)等有机杂质。经紫外检测器检测,以峰面积归一化法计算了DSD酸的纯度,以峰面积外标法计算了苄基物的质量分数。

Using methanol and buffer salt solution as the mobile phase,4,4'-diamino bibenzyl-2,2'-disulfonic acid(benzyl compound) and other organic impurities were separated from DSD acid in the C18 column by RP-HPLC.Detected by the UV detector,the purity of DSD acid was calculated by peak area normalization method,and the mass percentage of the benzyl compound was calculated by peak area external standard method.
