目的 研究儿童脑室周围白质软化症(PVL)的CT与相关临床表现. 方法 回顾性分析18例PVL患儿的CT与临床资料. 结果 PVL的临床表现为:①肢体瘫痪,可为双侧肢体瘫痪,四肢瘫痪,一侧肢体瘫痪.②皮质盲.③智力低下.④癫痫.⑤共济失调.CT表现:①侧脑室周围白质减少.②侧脑室体旁白质内点片状低密度灶.③侧脑室扩大,形态不规则.④脑沟增深,皮质下灰质逼近侧脑室壁. 结论 由于对早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床救治工作的进展,存活儿会逐渐增多.而且CT检查的普遍开展,PVL的发现会越来越多.CT是诊断PVL的重要方法.充分结合临床资料正确诊断PVL并不困难.
目的 研究兒童腦室週圍白質軟化癥(PVL)的CT與相關臨床錶現. 方法 迴顧性分析18例PVL患兒的CT與臨床資料. 結果 PVL的臨床錶現為:①肢體癱瘓,可為雙側肢體癱瘓,四肢癱瘓,一側肢體癱瘓.②皮質盲.③智力低下.④癲癇.⑤共濟失調.CT錶現:①側腦室週圍白質減少.②側腦室體徬白質內點片狀低密度竈.③側腦室擴大,形態不規則.④腦溝增深,皮質下灰質逼近側腦室壁. 結論 由于對早產兒缺氧缺血性腦病的臨床救治工作的進展,存活兒會逐漸增多.而且CT檢查的普遍開展,PVL的髮現會越來越多.CT是診斷PVL的重要方法.充分結閤臨床資料正確診斷PVL併不睏難.

Objective To study the CT and clinical features of periventricular leukomalacia in children (PVL). Methods CT and clinical features in 18 cases with PVL were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical features of PVL were:①palsy, of one side, or two sides, or four limbs; ①the cortical blind;③amentia; ④epilepsy; ⑤incoordination. CT features of PVL were:① decrease of the periventricular white matter ; ②pieces of low density in the periventricular white matter;③the lateral ventricle ex-panded and irregular; ④the cerebric fossa were much more deep, and the hypophloeodal grey matter approach to the wall of the lateral ventricle. Conclusion The livability gradually increased as a result of the progress in the clinical treatments for premature with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy, and more and more patients with PVL will be. found owing to the prevalent application of CT. CT scans is the main method in diagnosis of PVL,closely contacted with the clinical features can easily diagnose PVL.
