目的：通过检测痛风患者不同阶段血清中白细胞介素（IL）-37、IL-1β及IL-18水平，探讨IL-37在痛风发病中的作用。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定20例初发痛风患者（痛风组，急性发作期和完全缓解期）、20例高尿酸血症患者（高尿酸血症组）及20例健康志愿者（健康对照组）血清中IL-37、IL-1β及IL-18的水平，比较痛风组患者急性发作期和完全缓解期各指标的表达差异，以及痛风组患者急性发作期及完全缓解期与其他两组各指标的表达差异；同时分析急性发作期患者IL-37水平与血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、IL-1β和IL-18水平的相关性。结果：痛风组患者急性发作期的IL-1β和IL-18水平均显著高于完全缓解期，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而IL-37的水平仅略高于完全缓解期，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。痛风组患者急性发作期IL-37、IL-1β及IL-18水平均高于高尿酸血症组和健康对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而完全缓解期仅IL-37水平高于高尿酸血症组和健康对照组（P＜0.05）。痛风组患者急性发作期的IL-37水平与其ESR、CRP、IL-1β、IL-18水平呈正相关（均P＜0.01）。结论：IL-37可能作为一个抑炎因子参与了痛风的炎症反应过程。
목적：통과검측통풍환자불동계단혈청중백세포개소（IL）-37、IL-1β급IL-18수평，탐토IL-37재통풍발병중적작용。방법：채용매련면역흡부（ELISA）법측정20례초발통풍환자（통풍조，급성발작기화완전완해기）、20례고뇨산혈증환자（고뇨산혈증조）급20례건강지원자（건강대조조）혈청중IL-37、IL-1β급IL-18적수평，비교통풍조환자급성발작기화완전완해기각지표적표체차이，이급통풍조환자급성발작기급완전완해기여기타량조각지표적표체차이；동시분석급성발작기환자IL-37수평여혈침（ESR）、C반응단백（CRP）、IL-1β화IL-18수평적상관성。결과：통풍조환자급성발작기적IL-1β화IL-18수평균현저고우완전완해기，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；이IL-37적수평부략고우완전완해기，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。통풍조환자급성발작기IL-37、IL-1β급IL-18수평균고우고뇨산혈증조화건강대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；이완전완해기부IL-37수평고우고뇨산혈증조화건강대조조（P＜0.05）。통풍조환자급성발작기적IL-37수평여기ESR、CRP、IL-1β、IL-18수평정정상관（균P＜0.01）。결론：IL-37가능작위일개억염인자삼여료통풍적염증반응과정。
Objective: To determine levels of interleukin-37 (IL-37), IL-1β and IL-18 in serum of patients with gout at difference stages, and to explore the role of IL-37 in the pathogenesis of gout.Methods: The lev-els of IL-37, IL-1β and IL-18 in 20 patients with gout, 20 patients with hyperuricemia and 20 healthy controls were detected wtih ELISA, the changes and correlations in different groups were analyzed.Results: Gout group in acute attack stage IL-1β and IL-18 levels was signiifcantly higher than those in complete remission period (P<0.05), while the IL-37 level was only slightly higher than that of complete remission period (P>0.05). IL-37, IL-1β and IL-18 in gout group at acute attack stage were signiifcantly higher than that in the hyperuricemia group and healthy control group (P<0.05). The higher expressions of IL-37 in complete remission period were detected and compared with the hyperuricemia group and healthy control group, whereas there was no difference in IL-1βand IL-18 levels (P>0.05). The level of serum IL-37 in gout group at acute attack stage, was positively correlated with ESR, CRP, IL-1β and IL-18 (P<0.01).Conclusion: IL-37 as an inhibiting inlfammation factor probably takes part in the process of inlfammatory respense of gout.
